Tammy has been riding and training horses of all breeds for over 20 years. With a strong foundational background, Tammy started teaching and training professionally based on the approach of the British Horse Society in 1989, but suspended her professional equestrian career in 1993 to pursue a deeper education in Dressage. Now, with 15 years of maturity, experience and continued education, Tammy has re-entered the professional ranks as an instructor and trainer with an emphasis on Dressage.

With a completely honest and humble approach to challenges and obstacles in training, and her belief that almost anything is possible if one is willing to give the horse and/or rider a chance to try, Tammy creates a refreshing and positive atmosphere for anyone who has a desire to learn Dressage and a determination to succeed! She delights in helping riders reach those "lightbulb" moments that make the journey of riding so rewarding.

Tammy is able to uniquely combine traditional and time-honored training methodologies, sports psychology and rider fitness training to develop a completely individualized program for each horse and rider's development. Whether your goal is to develop a better partnership with your horse, or to advance to the next level in Dressage, Tammy can help you acheive those goals.

            $40 single lesson
            $120 for group of 4 (to be used within 30 days)

Training
            $40 per single ride
            $600 per month (5 days a week)

Tammy is studying for certification as a Personal Fitness Trainer so that she can offer full service personal training for riding sport in addition to riding lessons themselves.  Check back on this site in the September timeframe for notice of her certification!
